When you install FitmentPro, we collect your Shopify store URL, email address, and store name to provide our services. We also access product data to store vehicle compatibility information in metafields.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the app, provide customer support, send important updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage

Vehicle compatibility data is stored directly in your Shopify product metafields. App settings and templates are stored securely on our servers with encryption at rest.

Third-Party Services

We use Shopify's APIs to integrate with your store. Analytics data may be processed by Vercel for hosting and Upstash for caching. These providers are GDPR compliant.

Your Rights

You can request access to your data, corrections, or deletion at any time. Uninstalling the app removes app data from our servers. Product metafields remain in your Shopify store.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your app subscription is active. After uninstallation:

• App configuration data is deleted within 30 days
