Pricing FAQ
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
You'll receive a notification to upgrade. Your existing fitment data remains intact, but you won't be able to add fitment to new products until you upgrade or remove fitment from existing products.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! All paid plans offer a 2-month discount when billed annually. That's approximately 17% savings compared to monthly billing.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can test all features without entering payment information. After the trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan or continue with the Free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
With our 14-day free trial, you can fully evaluate the app before committing. After subscription, we provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for billing issues or technical problems.
Which markets does FitmentPro support?
FitmentPro works across four vehicle markets — Europe (TecDoc / K-Type), the United States (ACES / ePID), the United Kingdom, and Australia — on every plan. You choose your market in the app under Settings → Smart Dropdowns → Vehicle data region.
Can I import from eBay or myFitment?
Yes. Connect your eBay seller account to sync vehicle compatibilities into Shopify by SKU, with optional Auto-Sync to keep them aligned automatically. US shops can also import fitment directly from myFitment.com CSV exports. Both run from the Bulk page.
